These are just some of the things dealt with in presentations and discussions at the American Society for Cybernetics 2018 Conference: “Framing Reality and How It Matters in a Shared World.”
The distinguished attendees of the American Society for Cybernetics 2017 Conference (where I gave a lecture/recital featuring my own works) define resilience as the ability to respond to change.
